How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with a USPS tracking number for your purchase.
What are your delivery options?
Most of our shipments are shipped priority mail. However, all deliveries are guaranteed between 3-5 days from your order.
How do I return an item?
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order please email us at Return@MyrtleTreeHC.com. Unused merchandise can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

How can you donate items?
Complete the above form and in the subject put "I wish to donate". We will contact you with further information.
All items will be reviewed for quality, condition, and brands that meet our resale standard. We look for mid to high-level brands. If any of the items you donate do not meet the standard we will re-donate the items to other local ministries and organizations that impact the lives of women in our community.
